All families are welcome to this special Family Music Concert to celebrate Asian American Pacific Islander Heritage Month. Before the concert at 9:45am, join Suzannah for a short yoga warm-up. Musical performances include Miss Katie and Little Miss Ann.
Suzannah is a certified yoga instructor with a decade of experience teaching yoga in Chicago to children, families, moms-to-be, and adults. She is passionate about sharing yoga's benefits.
Miss Katie (she/her) is a children's music songwriter and teaching artist based in Chicago. She produces videos online under "Miss Katie Sings" and believes strongly in using music to support social-emotional learning, creative play, and justice. Miss Katie performs for libraries and schools across the US, as well as runs virtual music classes for a global audience."
Little Miss Ann is a nationally touring kids musician who has created 7 award winning family music albums. She has performed all over from Lollapalooza's kids stage, SXSW, Nashville's Pilgrimage Festival, NYC Jewish Museum and more! Several of her songs including "Ube", a song about a Filipino purple yam, have be on Sirius XM Kids Place Live and other notable family radio shows and podcasts around the world.
