Enjoy lunch from BABYGOLD BARBECUEDaya Dorado’s self-proclaimed “Mexi-Country” music, encompasses the beauty and the triviality of her borderland experience. Raised in Texas in a Mexican household, her take on country music is a fusion of those two cultures.
Awarded Rissi Palmer’s Color Me Country Artist Grant earlier this year, Daya is proudly one of the few Latinas currently in country music. Her accordion playing is symbolic of her Norteño Mexican roots.
