This is a general admission event, but there will be ample seating available across the FITZGERALDS Patio to rest and enjoy full service beverage and optional appetizer add-ons.
Greg Wade, PQB baker extraordinaire, is teaming up once again with our own Culinary Director Steve Domanik to bring you an incredible BÁNH MÌ SANDWICH. First, a freshly baked PQB baguette is topped with Pho-spiced brisket and house pâté (Veg option: smoked tofu & eggplant pâté), then garnished with pickled carrot-daikon slaw, soy sponge candy and fresh herbs. Served with a cool smashed cucumber salad with Nuoc Chom-inspired dressing. AND enjoy a sample of Donna Krayniak's special cocktail pairing, available to purchase separately on-site. All this alongside FREE LIVE MUSIC (jazz) on the patio stage!
