"Singer songwriter Jenny Bienemann started writing haiku as a way to stay fresh between writing songs. Then she asked her friends to write songs inspired by her haiku.
Fast forward. In the last five years, more than 350 songs have been inspired by Haiku Milieu. In 2024 alone, 49 brand new songs from 44 artists were added to the glowing firmament of the Haiku Milieu-Universe! Each song is an incandescent star, a miraculous explosion of creativity.
Join us for a celebration of creativity, collaboration and community just when you need it most – right after the holidays! At 7 pm, experience the magic of Haiku Milieu on video and 8 pm, a concert featuring past, present and future Haiku Milieu artists. Revel in this luminous constellation of hearts and minds, and the important role FitzGerald’s plays in this creative community."
