It's a reduced fee for late arrival, after the Headliner, to catch the late shows.
As the seasoned festival attendees will tell you, some of the truly exciting moments happen late in the evening. The lesser known artists with BIG ENERGY playing later in the club or sidebar AFTER the headliner. (raise your hand if you were there for LES GREENE & THE SWAYZEES at 10pm on Sunday last year!? HELLO!!??) There are 2 bands playing each night of the fest, at 10pm, after the headliner. They're all great.
