360 Oak Park – I’ve Got the Music in Me

360 Oak Park is a free storytelling event organized by Preservation Oak Park. It celebrates the diversity of placemaking activities in Oak Park and surrounding communities.

The event features six to eight storytellers. Each presentation is 360 seconds long, featuring 12 automatically advancing projected images. Storytellers include people in the community with experiences and insight related to each event’s topic, providing a wide 360-degree view and interpretation of that topic.

On Tuesday, October 28th, we will explore how music has played a role in shaping places in and around our community by looking at historic figures, instruments, sites, organizations, and trends.
