Second - SMOKED PORK BELLY "DOG", DRAGGED THROUGH THE GARDEN w/ PROHIBITION PILS
Third - "ITALIAN BEEF" SHORT RIB, CAULIFLOWER PUREE, HOUSE GIARDINIERA w/ DUNKEL DARK LAGER
Fourth - CHOCOLATE PAVE, "CHICAGO MIX" CORN BRITTLE w/ BALTIC PORTER
