TomFest
When Tom Zimmerman passed away In May of 2020, we lost an amazing friend, family member, talented musician and creative force. Last year the pandemic prevented his fans, friends and family from properly memorializing Tom. This year, we decided to organize a rock 'n' throw-down/benefit/concert/memorial in his honor. We've dubbed it TomFest!
TomFest is not only a celebration of Tom’s music but also a benefit to help a new generation of musicians discover the magic of rock 'n' roll. It was Tom’s wish to volunteer to teach music lessons to underserved kids. In his honor, we have partnered with the School of Rock in Oak Park to raise money for multiple year-long music scholarships in Tom's name. Tom's legacy will continue in the spirit of these young, eager musicians who would otherwise have limited access to instruments and music education.
We would love for you to join us at TomFest at FITZGERALDS in Berwyn on the evening of Saturday, August 7th. This event is 12 & Up. All attendees must have a ticket. Anyone under the age of 21 needs to be accompanied by an Adult / Guardian.

- A WORLD-CLASS BBQ SPREAD PROVIDED BY CHEF JOHN MANION & BABYGOLD BBQ
- FOUR AMAZING BANDS
Tickets are available for $100 each (ticket link) and all money raised from ticket sales above cost will go directly to funding Tom Zimmerman Memorial scholarships at the School of Rock. If you can't make it to the live music event at Fitzgeralds but would like to contribute we welcome any and all donations (www.TomFest.org) to help us reach our goal of raising $8000 for three year-long scholarships.
