Cardinal Harbor: Berwyn-based indie rock band Cardinal Harbor began in a college dorm stairwell in 2011. The band now lives and works in the heart of the Veltway: a strip of Roosevelt Road that has become an incubator for local arts. The six band members are Wheaton College grads (some graduated from the conservatory of music there). The influence of classically trained musicians comes forth in their very non-traditional music. Cardinal Harbor has just released a third studio album and continues to write and perform perceptive melodies with New Midwest flair.

Josefina: Josefina is a singer-songwriter based in Chicago, originally from Buenos Aires. Her lush vocal stylings pair with alt-country production chock full of piano, acoustic guitars, B-Bender, and 12-string that would have found an easy home on Asylum Records in the 1970s. Josefina recently released her debut album, "Starry Dome," a collection of catchy, sunny songs that will leave you riding through the desert with the wind in your hair.
