Our annual Lundi Gras celebration with a Jambalaya Cook-off plus two sets by Terrance Simien & the Zydeco Experience! As usual, free tastings will be offered of all entries! And there'll be beads, hurricanes, Abita beer and Louisiana cuisine for purchase by Tom “Festival” Cimms. Sponsored by Abita beer.

JAMBALAYA COOK-OFF (Feb. 27): Doors open at 6:30, tasting at 7:30 and a first set by Terrance Simien & the Zydeco Experience at 8:00, and a second set after the judging is completed and the winner crowned at 9:30. Just in case you don't get enough free gumbo, Tom "Festival" Cimms will cook up his own jambalaya for purchase. Tickets are $15.
