Annual Jambalaya Cook-Off plus music by Paul Cebar Tomorrow Sound
Celebrate Lundi Gras at our Annual Jambalaya Cook-Off! 8 contestants, 5 "celebrity" judges and free tastings of all entries! We'll be easing into Fat Tuesday with hurricanes and beads too! Doors at 6, tasting at 7:00 and music from Paul Cebar Tomorrow Sound at 8:00, and again after the judging is completed and the winner crowned at 9:00. Just in case you don't get enough jambalya, another Louisiana favorite will be available at "Festival" Tom Cimms' One Man Gumbo Stand.
